  • Contact listing agents.
  • Secure the first lease open house.
  • Preview rental inventory.
  • Prepare nearby alternatives.
  • Talk to renters already in the database or sphere.

Week 3
Create Appointments

Goal: Turn conversations into clients.

  • Hold lease open houses.
  • Have real housing conversations.
  • Set follow-up showing appointments.
  • Show 2–3 rental options at a time.
  • Conduct Tenant Strategy Sessions when appropriate.
  • Establish representation appropriately.

Week 4
Build the Pipeline

Goal: Turn transactions into a database.

  • Follow up with every meaningful contact.
  • Submit applications where appropriate.
  • Repeat the Lease Open House Strategy.
  • Track every lead in Follow Up Boss.
  • Enter every lease expiration date.
  • Identify future buyer opportunities.
  • Begin learning the landlord-representation side.
